What stays on your device

The extension reads authorized media requests, page titles and media elements to discover downloads. It inspects up to 32 KB of page fetch/XHR responses for manifests, retaining identified URLs and formats without uploading response content. URLs, unfinished tasks, preferences and temporary media cache stay in your browser. Finished records are removed from persistent storage; current results stay temporarily in this browser session. The extension does not upload this information.

Source and authentication headers for selected media stay in browser session storage for up to 24 hours. Cookies are not copied, and credentials are not forwarded to unobserved media origins. When you start buffer capture, temporary bundled scripts write player MP4 or WebM fragments to local cache and are unregistered when capture ends.

When you cast, the extension sends the original media URL as videoUrl directly to the LAN API at http://192.168.1.199/api/cast. The receiver handles playback. The extension does not check URL accessibility or read or relay media. Website cookies and source/authentication headers are not sent. Devices are not discovered and TV preferences are not saved.

Website and third-party requests

Visiting the site sends ordinary requests to the hosting provider. Downloads request data from the original media server and may use your existing login state. Task controls are isolated from advertisements. Remote analytics and third-party ad scripts are disabled. Live ads require a real account and consent management appropriate to the region.

Clear your data

Completed and cancelled downloads clear their media cache automatically. Closing a download page clears its finished result; unsaved recording caches can be recovered or discarded on the recording page. Uninstalling removes extension data, but keeps saved video files. The site stores appearance preferences and the current task session. Optional local usage counters never upload data or record media URLs, filenames or task identifiers. You can disable and clear them at any time.
